Job Title: Digital Product Marketing Specialist

Reporting to: Chief Marketing Officer

Collaboration with: Product Team, Local Marketing Teams, Business CEOs, Business Intelligence Teams, and Sales Teams.

Position Summary

Join our dynamic team at TATC, where we are dedicated to bridging the talent gap in Africa through innovative and home-grown solutions. As a Digital Product Marketing Specialist, you will play an essential role in promoting our range of products and services across both B2B and B2C sectors.

We seek a creative and driven individual who excels in digital marketing strategies and is eager to implement innovative projects while optimizing our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage comprehensive marketing initiatives to elevate brand awareness and stimulate demand for our offerings.
  • Execute forward-thinking digital marketing projects, including targeted campaigns and product launches, that align with our strategic objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate marketing effectiveness, using data-driven insights for ongoing enhancement.
  • Collaborate effectively with various teams to identify marketing needs and produce engaging marketing materials and content.
  • Ensure consistency in marketing communications across all channels by working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Apply SEO techniques to boost organic traffic and visibility of our digital platforms.
  • Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends, suggesting innovative ideas to continually advance our marketing efforts.
  • Support additional marketing-related projects as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing for B2B and B2C markets; experience in the recruitment industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Solid grasp of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Skills in executing initiatives across diverse digital channels including websites, email, social media, and content marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and metrics for informed decision-making.
  • Creative problem-solver capable of conceptualizing and executing engaging digital marketing projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling marketing content.
  • Understanding of SEO strategies and tools to improve online visibility.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM, analytics, social media management, and marketing automation platforms.
