Mechatronics & Robotics Technician

**Overview:** As a key member of the Reliability Maintenance & Engineering (RME) team, the Mechatronics & Robotics Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of Amazon's material handling equipment and pneumatic systems. This position offers the opportunity to develop technical skills, mentor junior technicians, and contribute to the company's mission to deliver exceptional customer service. **Responsibilities:**

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Maintain a positive working relationship across all Amazon Operations facilities
• Perform regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching
• *Qualifications:**
• High school or equivalent diploma
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• Certification from Amazon's Mechatronics and Robotics Apprenticeship Program, or 2+ years of automated conveyor systems and controls experience
• 2+ years of conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures experience
• 2+ years of reading blueprints and electrical schematics experience
• 2+ years of demonstrating safety standards experience
• 2+ years of troubleshooting and diagnostics of material handling equipment (MHE) experience
