This Growth Marketing Specialist will own the performance strategy and execution across all Google channels, including YouTube, Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone who loves both the art and science of paid acquisition, thrives on data, and can scale proven wins while continuously experimenting.

• Own and optimize the full Google ecosystem, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Display, with a focus on profitable customer acquisition and incremental revenue growth.
• Develop and execute a clear testing roadmap, including audience tests, creative experiments, copy, bidding strategies, placements, and landing page funnels.
• Partner with creative, analytics, and e-commerce teams to inform ad concepts, creative briefs, and conversion-driving optimizations based on performance data.
