siberX is a rapidly growing cybersecurity training and events firm focused on innovation and client satisfaction, providing services to clients all around the world. We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Events coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and executing a wide range of marketing and events activities, as well as providing administrative support to the executive team.

Key Responsibilities

Plan/assist with planning, coordinating, and executing all marketing and events activities, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional events
Develop and maintain a content calendar for social media and other digital marketing channels, including email marketing and blog posts
Create and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and other materials
Manage and update the company website and social media channels
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and processing expense reports
Monitor and report on marketing and event performance metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives
Assist with the preparation of proposals and other business development activities
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in marketing, event planning, or administrative support
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, social media platforms, and email marketing tools
Proficient in marketing design platforms such as the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
Knowledge of website management tools such as WordPress and SEO is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
