Your Role & Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis
Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify needs and resolve conflicts
Conduct impact assessments and support business case development
Support operational readiness and change management activities
Assist with testing and deployment support, including creating test scenarios
Champion PMO best practices and mentor junior analysts
Participate in solution evaluation and post-implementation reviews

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong understanding of business analysis concepts, tools, and best practices
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Ability to manage concurrent projects and prioritize under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)

Bonus Points If You Have

Professional certification in Business Analysis (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP)
Experience in change management and operational readiness activities
Exposure to PMO governance and standardized processes

Education & Certifications You Need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or equivalent experience
Business Analysis certification preferred
