Vice President Strategy, Transformation & Marketing – Europe

We are looking for an exceptional leader to join us as the Strategy, Transformation & Marketing VP for Europe . This role will shape our long‑term vision, drive transformation, and ensure success across 37 European countries. The position reports to Karla Lindahl, EVP Europe, with a dotted line to EVP Strategy & Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead KONE Strategy development and execution.
Develop and deploy KONE Way – the company’s operating model.
Steer KONE’s investment prioritization process.
Lead transformation programs.
Drive the company’s agility and readiness for the future.
Lead and support marketing initiatives, brand experiences, and events to align with KONE’s strategy and drive profitable growth.

Key Qualifications and Experience

Leadership experience with increasing responsibility; profit‑and‑loss responsibility preferred but not required. Demonstrated record of measurable business results.
Strategic visionary who has driven growth, profitability, or competitive positioning across industries.
Domain expertise in strategy and transformation with deep industry knowledge and trend awareness.
Leadership excellence: ability to inspire high‑performance, inclusive teams.
Experience leading large‑scale transformation projects in complex environments.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Analytical proficiency using data and metrics to inform decisions.
