We’re a fast-growing e-commerce health brand in the East Valley, and we’re looking for a Meta-focused digital advertising pro who knows how to turn impressions into revenue.

If you live inside Facebook Ads Manager, love building high-performing Instagram funnels, and obsess over audiences, creatives, and conversion events—you’ll fit right in.

We run a thriving online business, and you’ll be hands-on with campaigns that directly fuel sales, customer growth, and brand visibility.

Note: This is a full-time, in-office role in Mesa, AZ. No remote or hybrid options—our best ideas happen when we collaborate face-to-face.

What You’ll Do

Plan, build, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, with a focus on direct-response e-commerce results.
Manage audience targeting, creative testing, retargeting flows, and performance scaling strategies.
Run supporting PPC campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) to complement Meta funnels.
Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and continuously push ROAS and CPA improvements.
A/B test creatives, copy, landing pages, and audiences to uncover what drives true growth.
Stay current on platform updates, algorithm shifts, and best practices—especially within Meta.
Collaborate daily with our in-house marketing team to execute high-impact strategies.
Bonus: Experience with Amazon PPC or Connected/OTT TV advertising.
Bonus: Video and image editing skills to support creative testing on Meta.

What We’re Looking For

4+ years managing paid digital campaigns, with significant experience in Meta Ads for e-commerce.
Meta Ads and Google Ads certifications (required).
A strong understanding of data analytics, pixel and conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting.
E-commerce experience preferred—you know how to turn ad spend into actual sales.
Detail-obsessed, data-driven, and comfortable working fast and adapting quickly.
A balance of analytical skill and creative experimentation.
