Key Responsibilities & Duties

Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.
Drive platform enhancements, upgrades, and new feature implementations.
Provide support for daily ServiceNow operations, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
Ensure platform performance, data quality, compliance, and documentation accuracy.
Partner with ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and cross-functional teams to enhance automation, discovery, and asset management.

Requirements

5+ years of ServiceNow development or implementation experience.
Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and web technologies.
Experience with ITSM/ITOM frameworks and ServiceNow modules.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Understanding of ITIL, COBIT, financial planning, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
