Daylight Bridge Wholesale Inc. is a fast-growing food brand and distributor, offering healthy and innovative products. We are expanding into new e-commerce channels and looking for a highly experienced E-commerce Operations Specialist to lead the end-to-end setup and management of our Walmart and Amazon online stores.

Job Responsibilities

Build and launch the Walmart Seller Center account from scratch, including product setup, logistics integration, and backend configuration
Fully manage Amazon Seller Central operations and improve performance based on existing foundation
Develop and execute the entire operational workflow, from listing creation to fulfillment and after-sales service
Create and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, images, keywords) tailored to each platform
Plan and manage advertising campaigns (e.g., Walmart Sponsored Products, Amazon PPC) to drive traffic and visibility
Monitor account health, ensure compliance with platform policies, and resolve any operational or customer issues
Analyze sales performance, platform trends, and competitors to inform growth strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to align product, marketing, and logistics for streamlined operations
Proactively explore new tools, tactics, and platform updates to enhance channel performance

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Walmart and Amazon marketplace operations
Proven track record of independently launching and scaling Walmart seller accounts
Strong understanding of listing optimization, keyword strategy, platform algorithms, and campaign performance metrics
Familiar with relevant tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Walmart Ad Center, etc.
Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong data analysis and Excel/Google Sheets skills
Excellent communication in English; Chinese bilingual is a requirement

Preferred

Background in food, grocery, or CPG e-commerce
Experience with fulfillment models such as FBA (Amazon) and WFS (Walmart)
Exposure to omnichannel strategies (including DTC, wholesale, or social commerce)
