Position Overview

The Brian Hamilton Foundation is seeking a highly motivated Growth Automation Intern who combines an interest in computer science, marketing, and artificial intelligence (AI) with creativity and strong technical problem-solving skills. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, gathering, and enriching datasets, as well as leveraging technology to power an AI-driven system that will transform how we communicate with people. You’ll gain real-world experience building technology-driven outbound outreach strategies and contribute directly to expanding the Foundation’s impact.

Responsibilities

Identify and procure datasets, including contact and company information, from various sources.
Collate, clean, and verify data to ensure accuracy and quality.
Build automated workflows to generate personalized outreach using AI tools.
Test, iterate, and optimize outreach campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion.
Document processes to ensure repeatability and scalability.

Qualifications

A cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.8+ (this is a requirement).
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, or related field.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and automation tools.
Basic understanding of AI tools and their application for content/personalization.
Strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and eager to learn.
Experience working with Clay (clay.com) is a plus

This is a paid internship. Interns will receive compensation of $20 per hour and will work part-time at our office in Apex, NC.
