About the Role

We are on the lookout for a Product Marketing Manager to strengthen StormGeo's portfolio in the Offshore domain, which includes Offshore Oil & Gas, Offshore Wind, and Marine Operations. This role will help customers operate more safely, sustainably, and efficiently by bringing clarity, insight, and creative storytelling to our offshore offerings.

Your contributions will be crucial in defining, positioning, and communicating the value of StormGeo's offshore digital and service portfolio globally. You'll play a key role in shaping our product narratives, driving market adoption, and ensuring that our value proposition is clearly understood and recognized in target industries and markets. This position allows you to work as an individual contributor while being part of a collaborative global product marketing team, closely collaborating with our local sales and marketing teams in the US and Europe.

This position is based in the UK, in Aberdeen, London, or Glasgow.

Main Responsibilities

Craft Product Positioning & Messaging: Transform unique product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with our global offshore audiences.
Drive Global Go-To-Market Initiatives: Lead launch campaigns, promotions, and ongoing programs in close collaboration with domain experts, regional marketers, and product managers.
Support Sales Enablement: Create impactful sales kits, landing pages, web content, presentations, social media content, insights, and training to empower sales teams in acquiring new customers.
Market & Customer Insight: Analyze and maintain a deep understanding of customer personas, competitive landscape, and market shifts.
Customer Voice & Roadmap Input: Collect client feedback through interviews and surveys and integrate it into our domain, product development, and marketing plans.
Content & Channel Strategy: Ensure consistency of messaging across digital channels, social media, email campaigns, and events to support awareness and lead generation.
Performance & Data Insight: Utilize HubSpot, define KPIs, monitor campaign and feature adoption metrics, and adjust GTM strategies based on market feedback and analytics.
Accelerate AI-Augmented Marketing: Drive the adoption of current GenAI tools and facilitate their integration into Product Marketing workflows.

Core Requirements

3+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably within Offshore Oil & Gas, Offshore Wind, Marine, SaaS, or Weather Intelligence sectors.
Strong understanding of offshore operations and/or weather-related services.
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Collaborative working style with experience in partnering across various functions such as sales, product, and commercial teams.
Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI-assisted tools to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
