  • *Reporting to Sr. Ecommerce Technology Manager, you will be responsible for**:
  • Developing comprehensive online, data-driven personalization strategy or roadmap to deliver a tailored shopping experience to individual customer segments while improving engagement and conversions
  • Ensuring products are displayed on-site to maximize revenue, AOV and conversion and to identify and execute opportunities for improvement
  • Effectively optimize and merchandise our e-shop site through navigation optimization, and onsite shopping tools by using data from sales, onsite analytics tools, and experimentation
  • Collaborating with the Product Management team to discover opportunities to optimize product results, category/product pages and overall content strategy
  • Manage the development and execution and/or placement of category-related and other promotional online banners
  • Coordinate with Digital Marketing team members for on-site traffic optimization
  • Launch Product Recommendations strategy on-site to drive up and cross-sell opportunities for incremental revenue increases and site conversions
  • Develop A/B and multi-variant testing strategic roadmap to uncover potential site opportunities to continuously drive site improvements
  • Collaborate with Digital Analytics Manager to measure overall online merchandising performance, and present insights in a clear and concise manner to cross-functional teams/partners and leadership
  • Partner with third-party agencies and Front-End Developer to ensure landing pages are optimized for desktop and mobile users
  • *The Knowledge and Experience you bring to the role**:
  • Post-secondary degree in eCommerce/eBusiness, Marketing, Technology or another related field
  • 3 years experience in online/digital merchandising for an eCommerce site
  • 1-2 years experience in managing vendor relationships and service providers
  • Experience with A/B test optimization technologies such as Adobe Target
  • Experience in analytics platforms, preferably in Adobe Analytics
  • Ability to leverage data to build actionable insights and influence cross-functional work
  • Curious mindset, willing to work beyond set boundaries and high ownership to drive things end to end
  • Excellent communication skills - proven results with key decision makers
  • Innovative and customer focused, with a hands-on approach
  • Experience in product information management systems (MS Dynamics, STEP/STIBO) is an asset
  • B2B experience in a high-volume SKU environment is an asset
