About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Hacker Intern who lives online, understands digital culture, and loves experimenting with new channels. Your mission is simple: help us get our direct to consumer module for VerifiID in front of the right individuals, communities, and influencers.

You’ll work directly with the founding team, gaining hands-on experience in early-stage growth, influencer marketing, community activation, and guerrilla-style digital tactics.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and engage with relevant influencers, micro-creators, and content partners
• Support and coordinate influencer marketing campaigns (DM outreach, scripts, asset sharing, follow-ups)
• Research and map out online communities where VerifiID can thrive (Reddit threads, Facebook groups, Discord servers, niche forums, local communities)
• Discover unconventional channels for organic growth
• Conduct market research to find new user segments for VerifiID’s individual verification products
• Identify universities, student groups, clubs, and campus communities for targeted outreach
• Recommend growth experiments, messaging ideas, and activation strategies

Who You Are

• A self-starter who takes initiative and loves experimenting
• Deeply familiar with social media culture and internet communities
• Active user of platforms like Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Discord, etc.
• Strong communicator — especially in short-form content and DMs
• Comfortable reaching out to influencers and creators
• Interested in marketing, growth, community building, or user acquisition
• Organized, curious, and obsessed with learning

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of growth loops or funnels
• Experience managing online communities
• Interest in identity verification, safety tools, or consumer tech
