Digital Marketing Manager
Overview
We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Manager to lead content strategy and digital demand generation efforts for a technology-focused business unit. This role is responsible for driving site traffic, converting visitors into leads, and optimizing campaign performance through content creation, automation, and analytics. The position works cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage content that attracts and engages a qualified audience, including blogs, reports, webinars, infographics, and additional awareness/consideration-stage materials.
- Partner with creative teams to produce high-value assets such as ebooks, videos, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Drive new lead generation—particularly marketing-qualified leads—by optimizing calls-to-action, landing pages, and other lead generation channels.
- Enhance and maintain marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows, including emails, forms, segments, CTAs, social posts, and landing pages.
- Publish blog content regularly to support campaigns and increase site visibility through SEO, social media, and subscriber engagement.
- Grow and nurture the subscriber base by delivering helpful and relevant content tailored to audience needs.
- Improve organic search performance through ongoing SEO optimization.
- Collaborate with product teams to communicate product updates and educate internal and external stakeholders on product features and benefits.
- Produce product-focused content such as website copy, landing pages, blog posts, and sales enablement materials to support market positioning.
Qualifications
Required
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in marketing
- 3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing or content marketing
- Strong communication skills and creative thinking abilities
- Ability to leverage data to drive marketing decisions
Preferred
- Degree in Marketing or Communications
- Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads
- Familiarity with SaaS or IoT markets
- 2+ years of experience using HubSpot for automation, blogging, and workflow-based lead nurturing
