Summary

Partner with People Business Partners and business stakeholders as a trusted advisor to lead talent acquisition and key talent initiatives for marketing, branding, innovation, PR and communications. Own end-to-end recruitment strategies, support succession planning and internal mobility, and balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as consultative partner to people leaders and hiring managers on talent strategies
  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment from strategy through offer negotiation
  • Influence recruitment strategy, profile development and selection methods
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract diverse high-quality candidates
  • Build and maintain pipelines of internal and external talent for critical roles
  • Drive talent and succession planning activities including reviews and calibrations
  • Maintain talent systems to ensure accurate data capture
  • Support stakeholder management across a matrixed and global organization
  • Leverage online social media recruiting and AI tools

Requirements

  • Progressive talent acquisition experience with recruitment strategy and sourcing
  • Experience with talent and performance management and HR business partnership
  • Experience in a matrixed or global organization, preferably retail fashion
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential situations
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and ATS platforms
  • Experience with AI recruiting tools and online social media recruiting
  • Strong project management capabilities
