Position: Salesforce B2B Commerce Consultant

Location: Remote - USA

Duration: 6+ Months

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation

  • Design, Develop, and implement Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud solutions tailored to business requirements.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud features such as Catalog management, pricing, promotions, order management, product hierarchy, storefront association, account groups, price lists, page labels, and indexing.
  • Integrate Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud with other systems such as ERP, CRM, and payment gateways.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing B2B e-commerce solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and data migration tools.
  • Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.

Development & Customization

  • Develop custom features, components, and extensions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Customize the user interface to enhance the user experience and align with client branding.
  • Implement and manage APIs, web services, and middleware for seamless data exchange between systems.

Client Collaboration

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for B2B commerce on the Salesforce platform.
  • Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

  • Create detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and process flows.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud features, updates, and industry trends.

Certifications (Preferred)

  • Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Developer Certification (Mandatory)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I and II Certifications.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
