Position: Salesforce B2B Commerce Consultant
Location: Remote - USA
Duration: 6+ Months
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Implementation
- Design, Develop, and implement Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Configure and customize Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud features such as Catalog management, pricing, promotions, order management, product hierarchy, storefront association, account groups, price lists, page labels, and indexing.
- Integrate Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud with other systems such as ERP, CRM, and payment gateways.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing B2B e-commerce solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and data migration tools.
- Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
Development & Customization
- Develop custom features, components, and extensions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
- Customize the user interface to enhance the user experience and align with client branding.
- Implement and manage APIs, web services, and middleware for seamless data exchange between systems.
Client Collaboration
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for B2B commerce on the Salesforce platform.
- Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
- Create detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and process flows.
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud features, updates, and industry trends.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Developer Certification (Mandatory)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II Certifications.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
