Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agile Transformation Manager, located in Rome. The Agile Transformation Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the agile transformation processes within the organization. This includes overseeing the implementation of agile methodologies, managing programs, driving business transformation, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a smooth transition. The role also involves developing strategies, providing consulting, and analyzing performance to ensure the success of the agile transformation.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to analyze performance metrics
• Proven experience in Business Transformation and driving change in organizations
• Extensive Program Management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Background in Finance to understand budgetary constraints and financial implications
• Consulting experience to provide expert advice and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Rome
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
