Marketing Operations & Lead Management

This role supports global marketing and sales efforts by managing the flow of inbound leads from various channels.

The Marketing Operations & Lead Management Coordinator will own lead qualification, follow-up, and routing process, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams across business units.

  • Owning the lead flow process for all inbound leads from Global channels, such as website forms and global campaigns.
  • Monitoring and managing inbound leads from other sources, such as Microsoft AppSource and Partner Center.
  • Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to accurately track lead outcomes within CRM and improve the lead-handling process.

This part-time position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of sales operations, marketing operations, and Microsoft's partner ecosystem.
