We're looking for an experienced Chargeback & PayPal Dispute Manager to handle disputes, chargebacks, and evidence submissions for our e-commerce business.
Responsibilities
Manage PayPal disputes and chargebacks
Prepare and submit winning evidence
Monitor deadlines and case outcomes
Reduce chargeback ratio and losses
Requirements
Proven experience with PayPal disputes & chargebacks
Familiar with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred)
Detail-oriented and deadline-focused
Ongoing work available for the right candidate.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
